Minimum10 Years of IT Experience With more than 7 Yrs of Experience as a IT Service Manager in Application Maintenance and Support
Primary Skills Must Have 1 Min 3 years of experience in executing managed services engagement.
2 Strong experience in ITIL concepts and experience in handling incidents service requests problem management change management and development work
